Responsibilities:

• Ensure tax compliance for State and Federal requirements across three companies.
• Review/generate monthly Financial Statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Journal Entries and maintain financial records.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Oversee Payroll and administer HR functions including onboarding.
• Coordinate Insurance programs and 401K administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and HR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of insurance and retirement benefits administration preferred
