THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking an ambitious and experienced Territory Sales Manager to take over a prime, established sales territory. The opening is due to an internal transfer, offering an immediate opportunity to step in and make an impact.
- Established Territory: Currently generating approximately $2,500,000 in annual sales.
- Geographic Scope: Managing accounts and driving growth across the Green Bay, WI area (100-mile radius) and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients within the defined territory.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share in alignment with current sales momentum.
- Provide technical consultation and solutions for fluid power automation applications.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and support overall organizational growth.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The company offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission/bonus structure.
- Car Allowance: $600 monthly car allowance to cover transportation costs.
- Expense Account and Company Credit Card: For business-related travel and entertainment.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Including a company match of $0.25 per dollar, up to a maximum annual contribution of $2,500.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial automation.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of managing and expanding a sales territory.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, clear communicator, and dedicated to building long-term customer relationships.
