 🔑 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead all preconstruction activities: conceptual budgeting, scheduling, scope development, and design collaboration
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Guide the team through value engineering strategies to optimize cost and maximize value
• Ensure early alignment between design intent and budget realities
• Serve as a strategic liaison between preconstruction and operations
• Coach and mentor junior preconstruction staff
• Represent the company’s values and vision in all client and partner interactions

 🧠 WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a heavy focus on conceptual estimating
• Proven success managing large-scale projects ($10M–$100M+)
• Deep understanding of conceptual estimating and collaborative delivery
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong command of Procore, OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Passion for building not just projects—but people and communities
• Based in or near Kansas City, MO
