A leading company in the hydraulics industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of seven and report directly to the President.
With 27 consecutive years of growth, the company is looking for a results-driven leader who can maintain and expand its success. The sales team operates with a high level of autonomy and is not micro-managed. This role is focused on sales leadership rather than engineering and requires someone who can effectively complement marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales coaching and mentoring abilities and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. Responsibilities include conducting ride-alongs with the sales team and leading sales funnel development meetings to drive revenue growth.
Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as selling to OEMs and end users, is essential.
This is a remote position within the designated territory. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
