A rapidly growing hydraulic manufacturer specializing in fluid power products and electronics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee existing accounts and drive new business development in Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. The company is known for precision-engineered solutions, delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and performance.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Identifying and securing new opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Expertise: Communicating the benefits of a comprehensive product line, including directional control valves, explosion-proof valves, electronics, accessories, and custom solutions.
  • Value Selling: Positioning products as high-performance solutions that deliver long-term ROI.
  • Territory Management: Prioritizing accounts, planning sales activities, and maximizing coverage within the assigned territory.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partnering with engineering teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.

 Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the fluid power or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
