Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Professional Liability Broker to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in the wholesale brokerage or E&S space, a solid understanding of professional lines and cyber risk, and a proven ability to build strong retail and carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a profitable book of Professional Liability, E&O/D&O, and Cyber business.
- Maintain and expand relationships with retail agents and carriers.
- Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing within the E&S marketplace.
- Deliver creative, tailored solutions for complex client risks.
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to achieve production and growth goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging risks, and product innovations in professional lines and cyber.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Professional Liability / E&O-D&O / Cyber within the wholesale or E&S space.
- Established network of retail agents and carrier partners.
- Ability to produce results with minimal ramp-up time.
- Deep understanding of professional lines coverage, cyber exposures, and excess placements.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven work ethic.
- Active P&C license preferred.
