Our client is a leading manufacturer seeking a passionate Quality Manager to join their dynamic team. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring products consistently meet the highest quality standards. 

Who You Are:

  • A highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality management role.
  • Possess a deep understanding of relevant quality standards and principles (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control processes.
  • Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and data analysis to identify and address quality issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • The ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • An aggressive drive for quality, with a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from mistakes. (This is a unique quality we highlight!)

 What You Will Do:

  • Lead and oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality management system.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential quality issues.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, etc.) to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire manufacturing process.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality principles and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
