One of our clients, a leading General Contractor with a growing presence in the mission critical/data center space, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Construction Scheduler to join their team for a large-scale, ground-up data center project located near Philadelphia, PA.

This is a key on-site role requiring a proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills to drive the project schedule and build effective relationships with the project team.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Academic & Theoretical Understanding of Construction: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong theoretical base for complex project execution.
  • Bring Extensive Scheduling Expertise: Offer 10+ years of progressive Planning & Scheduling experience within the engineering or construction sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of project lifecycles and scheduling best practices.
  • Demonstrate Data Center Project Acumen: Showcase proven experience specifically working on Mission Critical/Data Center projects, highlighting your understanding of the unique demands and intricacies of these facilities.
  • Command Industry-Leading Scheduling Software: Exhibit expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 Professional, the essential tool for orchestrating complex project timelines and resources.
  • Utilize Essential Productivity Tools: Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), facilitating effective communication, data management, and reporting.
  • Leverage Collaborative Digital Platforms (Preferred): Possess familiarity with Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, and Box, showcasing your ability to navigate and contribute within modern construction technology environments.
  • Exhibit Exceptional Interpersonal & Organizational Prowess: Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, crucial for effective collaboration and driving project success in a fast-paced setting.
