What you’ll bring:

• 5+ Years of Lead Superintendent Experience – You know how to push a schedule and manage a multi-trade site.
• Federal Savvy – Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or other federal agency protocols (SSHO/CQM experience is a huge plus).
• Mission-First Leadership – The ability to solve problems on the fly and keep subcontractors moving toward the finish line.
