KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Orchestrate all pre-construction and procurement activities, from meticulous budget setup to seamless team coordination.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Mastermind precise and comprehensive budgets across all project phases.

• Command the take-off process and deliver confident responses to RFPs.
• Drive bid schedules, pre-qualification, and the recruitment of top-tier subcontractors.
• Analyze local market conditions to gain a strategic advantage in project planning and estimating.
• Champion our work with compelling presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Navigate all client preconstruction deliverables with precision and poise.
• Reconcile estimates and sculpt conceptual estimates that redefine possibilities.
• Fuel business development meetings with your insights.
• Forge critical project documents and creativity,
• Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, making every interaction exceptional.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience—your foundational expertise is paramount!
• 10+ years of construction experience, with a burning desire to lead.
• 1+ year of data center experience? That’s the edge we’re looking for!
• Commanding proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project are your playgrounds).
• Experience with Yardi, Procore, Prolog, Onscreen Take off, Bluebeam, excel or other bidding, scheduling, or project management software? You’re speaking our language!
