Our client, a growing leader in fluid power solutions, is seeking a Design Engineer to join their Systems Engineering Department. This role plays a critical part in translating customer requirements into well-engineered, efficient fluid power systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the full system lifecycle, from initial concept through final quotation.
- Design and develop custom fluid power solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
INDUSTRY FOCUS
The primary industry focus is Agriculture, with additional project work spanning Construction, Mining, and Oil & Gas.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
100% in-office role, supporting hands-on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship within the Systems Engineering team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two-year Fluid Power Associate’s degree or a four-year degree in a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a drafter/designer.
- Five years of experience in a related field.
