Our client, a General Contractor and a National leader in Data Center Construction, is looking to invest in a Senior Project Manager. This is your opportunity to get involved in the biggest boom in construction, offering the highest asymmetric growth and long-term stability!
Qualified candidates will have:
- Experience in Mission-Critical or Data Center Construction
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management
- Willingness to Manage On-Site full-time
- Willing to Travel
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships.
- Local market knowledge.
- Strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn.
Job Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications, and terms and conditions of project contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Strong management skills
- Delegate work appropriately
- Broad understanding of the industry
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
