QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in ground-up and/or renovations in Industrial, Education, Multifamily, Life Science, Retail, and/or Commercial projects
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to create and maintain meaningful professional relationships
- Exposure to/ability to use Procore
- Experience with subcontractors
- Strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn
JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of project contracts, subcontracts and change orders, etc.
- Construction Scheduling Software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong management skills
- Ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Delegate work appropriately
- Broad understanding of the industry
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
