QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in ground-up and/or renovations in Industrial, Education, Multifamily, Life Science, Retail, and/or Commercial projects
• At least 1 year of experience
• Ability to create and maintain meaningful professional relationships
• Exposure to/ability to use Procore
• Experience with subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn

JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of project contracts, subcontracts and change orders, etc.
• Construction Scheduling Software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong management skills
• Ability to function effectively as part of a team
• Delegate work appropriately
• Broad understanding of the industry
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
