JOB SUMMARY: 

Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage & service a book of business of commercial insurance accounts, including property, casualty, and liability coverage.
• Conduct periodic account reviews, identify cross-selling opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance client relationships.
• Collaborate with underwriters, producers, claims specialists, and other support teams to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Negotiate policy terms, conditions, and premiums with underwriters and clients.

• Prepare and present renewal proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and coverage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and market developments.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• P&C license required
• Bachelor’s degree strongly desired
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
• Experience with AMS360 preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, and liability coverage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and insurance-related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Competitive base salary of $60-80k DOE
