We are seeking a monoline Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor to join an A-rated regional insurance carrier with a 31-state footprint. This is a relatively young carrier with a flat organizational structure and minimal bureaucracy. The carrier is focused on culture and long-term staffing, making decisions based on the needs and abilities of their staff.

The Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor will have experience in commercial lines with a strong focus on workers’ compensation, along with a solid claims handling background and natural leadership qualities. Ideally, they will also have some experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors. 

The Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor will handle a small individual caseload while managing a team of 3 to 5 claims adjusters. They will report directly to the COO and work five days a week in the office for the first six months, transitioning to up to three days a week in the office after that.
