We’re actively recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management. This role will be a key member of the Gen AI & Strategic Underwriting Automation Team, reporting directly to the VP of Underwriting AI & Strategic Automation—a placement we proudly made back in October. He’s thriving in the role and is now looking for a standout Business Systems Analyst to support the next phase of their AI initiative.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in aligning IT solutions with business objectives through data analytics. Your focus will be on evaluating processes, defining requirements, and offering data-driven insights to executives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document project objectives and business needs to ensure effective system alignment.
• Analyze current systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and objectives.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and process enhancements.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business systems analysis, ideally within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
