Forbes’ 2023 America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms

Americans are quitting, switching and reassessing their jobs at record rates. For instance, 48% of people who left their jobs last year returned to positions in different industries, according to research from McKinsey & Company. And many workers who quit are no longer pulled back to the workforce for exclusively traditional reasons, such as money and benefits. Increasingly, people are also looking for work that offers flexibility, purpose and support for their health and well-being.

Given this job reshuffling, recruiting agencies can play a valuable role in connecting job seekers to employers. But which agencies are doing this successfully? To find out, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista and surveyed more than 5,200 external recruiters, HR or hiring managers and job seekers with recent experience working with a recruiting firm. Based on their responses, Forbes compiled their annual ranking of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms.

In 2023, MRINetwork was recognized as an elite performer among the thousands of executive search firms meeting Forbes criteria in “filling positions with salaries of at least $100,000.” In fact, Forbes and their survey partner, Statista, have not only ranked MRINetwork in the top 10 for America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms, but they have also awarded recognition to MRINetwork in their America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms, and America’s Best Temp Staffing Firms categories.
